Instructions For The Mash
- Peel and dice 800g potatoes.
- Start cooking the potatoes in cold water.
- Cook until soft then mash with 2-3 tbsp Cashew Butter, pinch of nutmeg, 2-3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast, salt to taste and a dash of unsweetened plant milk.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy!
