This product contain no salt, no sugar, no egg, no milk, no gluten, no wheat, no corn, no starch, no soy. no animal derivatives, no artificial colors & preservatives, no Candida albicans yeast or brewery by-products as in brewer's yeast.

Contains RDA Based on a 2000 Calorie Diet: 180% B1, 160% B2, 70% B3, 140% B6, 40% B12 and 40% Folic Acid.

Great flavour enhancer

I use the nutritional yeast as a flavour enhancer on pasta,, in soups, rice dishes, etc. Tastes great and is good for you too! Great replacement for parmesan if you can't do dairy.
