If you were part of our F&F Rewards Club, your points balance will remain exactly the same. You can check your point history at the top of this page anytime, as long as you’re logged in. Your loyalty tier may look a little different. We’ve added extra Change Inspirer tier, rewarding more of you, more often. Your tier will be based off the amount you have spent at Flora & Fauna over the last 12 months. If you have any questions, you can reach out to us here.

Q: How much are points worth and how do I check my balance?

Each reward point is worth AUD 5 cents. 20 points = AUD $1. Your Impact Points will be waiting for you at checkout. Login to see your balance at the top of this page.

Q: How long do I have to use my Impact Points?

Your Impact Points are valid for 365 days. Each time you are logged in and place an order or earn new points, your expiry date will reset. Logged in? You can earn Impact Points every time you shop, successfully refer a friend, or place a review when we send you a review request email. Make sure you're subscribed to our emails, we’ll send you a reminder before your points are due to expire.
