Ingredients
Serves | 3
- 1 cup Vegie Mince
- 1 cup hot water
- 3/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 diced carrotsย
- 50g water chestnut
- 1 spring onion
- Drizzle of sesame oil
- Lettuce cups

Method
- Add 1 cup of vegie mince and 1 cup of hot water into a bowl. Soak for 10 minutes.
- Drain, then add 1/2 cup of hoisin sauce, mix together, then put aside.
- Dice carrot, water chestnut and spring onion.
- On a fry pan, drizzle sesame oil, then add carrot, water chestnuts. Mix.
- Add vegie mince, and more hoisin. Mix
- Add spring onion. Mix
- Prepare your lettuce cups.
- Spoon the mixture into each cup.
- Garnish with more spring onion.
- Serve and enjoy!
