Mexican Styled Burger
Ingredients:
- Burger Buns
- Mexican Fiesta Protein Patty
- Vegan cheese
- Sour Cream
- Avocado
- Salsa
- Tortilla strips
- Rocket
To make the protein patties, place the contents into a bowl and add 300mls of water. Stir to combine then set aside to thicken (10mins). Shape your patties and pop them on a pan to cook! Once finished assemble your burger and enjoy!

Soy Free Vegie Mince Spaghetti
Trelawney has used Plantasy Foods Soy Free Vegie Mince to make a meat-free spaghetti!
To make:
- Soak 1 cup of vegie mince in beef stock.
- Dice veggies (carrot, mushrooms, 1 red chilli, 40g of garlic).
- In a hot pot add 40g of nuttelex, the garlic and veggies. Saute until soft and add the veggie mince.
- Lower heat to low/medium and add in tomato paste and beef stock. Stir through and add oregano. Then simmer.
- Cook pasta. When the pasta is close to finished add 300g of zucchini noodles in for 1-2 minutes.
- Drain and serve with Parmesan on top.

Instant Healthy Noodles
If you're looking for a quick yet healthy meat-free meal for dinner, Bec has you sorted.
Ingredients:
- Just Wholefoods TVP
- Vermicelli Noodles
- Broccoli
- Cabbage
- Carrot
- Vegetable Stock Powder
- Chilli and Essential Hemp Hemp Gold Seed Oil
- Tamari
To cook, simply add boiling water, cover for 10 minutes then enjoy!

Mac N Cheez
A great way to stay clear from meat, is with a hearty pasta dish! Renee, shows us how you can really elevate this mac n cheez dish with just a couple extra ingredients.
To make:
- Place the contents of Plantasy Vegan Mac N Cheez Original and 2 cups of water into a saucepan.
- Cook, stirring, over medium heat for 5-8 minutes.
- Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 5 minutes. It’s ready! [Tip! The longer it sits, the thicker it gets].
- Renee has added some Cheez Sprinkles and herbs to add an extra bit of zing and flavour!

Thai Protein Patties
Monz has whipped up some delicious Thai Protein Patties from Plantasy Foods.
Here's how she did it:
- Place contents into a medium-sized bowl.
- Add 300mls water. Stir to combine then set aside for 10 minutes to thicken.
- Shape into small patties.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add patties.
- Reduce heat, cover and cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for 5 minutes.
- Patties are now ready to eat!
These patties taste sweet, sour and spicy. Monz paired the dish with a thai inspired salad and a side of rice too. Yum!
As you can see, these meat-free dishes don't require too many ingredients, are quick and convenient to make and taste delicious! You don't have to be a masterchef to have some quality meat-free dinners this May.
