Peanut Butter Latte

Do you love coffee and peanut butter? Why not combine the two together and create the ultimate tasting, peanut butter latte.

We've tried it and we have got to say, it tastes amazing! If you are keen to try it, follow the recipe below. It's super simple, quick to make and a great way to give you the energy you need, to kickstart your day!

Ulu Hye Nut Mylk Base - UnsweetenedUlu Hye Nut Mylk Base - Unsweetened


Serves 1

  • 1 cup of Ulu Hye Nut Mylk Base
  • 1 medjool date pitted
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 shot espresso coffee or 1 tsp ground coffee
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Create 1 shot of coffee if you have a coffee machine. Otherwise measure out 1 tsp ground coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients, including coffee and stir on a low heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Use a stick blender or transfer into your blender and blitz to ensure there are no bits or bumps, and to give you that froth factor.
  4. If you have a Thermomix, you can do it all in there.
  5. Enjoy!
