We are hiring for the following roles to join our friendly, upbeat team in Brookvale, Sydney:

Social Media Coordinator / Specialist

~20 hours per week (some flexibility required).


The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for growing and engaging The Future Co brand communities, namely, Flora & Fauna and Nourished Life.

The person in this role must love social media, be across trends and developments in the platforms and be interested in analytics so we can analyse what is and isn't working. They must also have a demonstrated, strong interest in the natural and eco space.


  • Community management – reactive and proactive
  • Create and manage the content plan by working with key stakeholders in the business
  • Focus on Instagram, Instagram stories, and Facebook
  • Manage the Facebook Family Group in terms of posts and community management
  • Work on TikTok if time allows
  • Deliver on content plan by creating reels and filming content/ taking images
  • Influencer and ambassador management
  • Manage partnerships and collaborations
  • Analyse results of campaigns and plan accordingly
  • Deliver on the purpose and values of the brand


  • Increase in social traffic to website
  • Hit engagement targets
  • Ensure the community is engaged and the plan is delivered

Experience and Skills

  • 3-5 years social media experience experience
  • A passion for brand and values
  • Strong social media skills
  • Hands on can-do attitude
  • Retail experience
  • Innovative and thinks outside the box
  • Ability to identify global design trends, and bring these influences into your work
  • Organised
  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and excellent writing skills
