Miso Ramen Vegetable Broth

Looking for the perfect winter warmer? Our ambassador Brooke, has dished up a delicious and heartwarming Miso Ramen Vegetable Broth. Follow her recipe below:



  1. Chop all ingredients. 
  2. In a large pot lightly fry the garlic and spring onion (or brown onion) in some olive oil (I used Mt Elephant Hemp & Olive Oil Blend). 
  3. Add the bok choy stalks and finely sliced chilli. Then add the bok choy leaves shortly after. 
  4. Add several cups of water (enough to cover the vegetables), the vegetable broth, lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. 
  5. Lightly simmer whilst cooking the noodles. Once the noodles are almost ready, transfer them to the broth and heat until they are done.
  6. Once ready transfer to a bowl and serve with extra lime and chilli. 
  7. Enjoy!
