1 packet Gluten Free Cupcake Mix
1 1/4 cups Water
3/4 cup Oil (Use a lightly flavoured oil like canola or vegetable oil, olive oil is not recommended)
- Preheat oven to 150°C. Place cupcake papers into a 12 cup tray. Lightly grease the papers.
- Empty the contents of the packet into a bowl. Add the oil and water and whisk until smooth.
- Pour into the cupcake papers and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before icing.
