The Gluten Free Food Co. Wholemeal Flour Blend is gluten free flour that performs like regular, all-purpose wheat flour. Unlike most gluten free flours that are made up of mostly starches, this wholemeal flour blend is made up of 100% organic wholegrain and seed flours. Great for making bread and muffins.
1 cup regular plain flour = 1 cup grain free flour.

How to use
Shipping & Returns
Australia:
- Parcel Post: FREE for orders over $65, or $8.95 for orders under $65.
- Express Post: $9.95 for orders over $150, or $14.95 for orders under $150.
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase. Provided the products are returned in the same condition as they were bought and have not been used, opened, or damaged on their way back to us.
