Often compared to green tea, yerba maté naturally contains caffeine and antioxidants, making it a refreshing alternative when you're looking for a gentle pick-me-up.

With 4% of your recommended daily intake of iron per cup, this delicious blend can also contribute to your daily iron intake. For improved iron absorption, enjoy with a squeeze or slice of lemon, as vitamin C can help increase the absorption of plant-based iron.

Flavour: Creamy fruity coconut
