    TOM Organic Super Tampons are suitable for heavy to very heavy flows. As part of TOM Organic's continued journey to reduce their impact on the environment, they've cut back their use of plastic by putting their tampons into one box and removing the plastic outer wrap. The cardboard packaging is fully recyclable and biodegradable.

    • 100% ACO certified organic cotton
    • 100% biodegradable
    • No synthetics or dyes
    • Hypoallergenic for sensitive skin
    • Not tested on animals and vegan

    Wash your hands, then gently insert the tampon using clean fingers. Change every 4–6 hours or as needed, and do not use for more than 8 hours. Dispose of in the bin. Not flushable. Suitable for heavy to very heavy flows.
