An organic, fairtrade tea containing Chamomile and Lavender to help you unwind and get ready for a restful night's sleep. This tea is caffeine-free and there are 20 tea bags in a box. 

  • Chamomile - Helps to relieve insomnia due to its mild sedative effects.
  • Lavender - Helps to relieve tension, stress and anxiety and promotes relaxation.

Certified organic by The Soil Association and Fairtrade International. 

Steep tea in boiling water (100°c) for 3-5 minutes.

Store in a cool, dry place.
