Monica loves food but doesn't love Coeliac Disease so she created The Gluten Free Food Co. so you can enjoy delicious food without compromising on health or values. All of The Gluten Free Food Co.'s products are gluten, dairy, egg, and nut free.

    Ingredients

    1 packet Gluten Free Cupcake Mix1 1/4 cups Water3/4 cup Oil (Use a lightly flavoured oil like canola or vegetable oil, olive oil is not recommended)

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 150°C. Place cupcake papers into a 12 cup tray. Lightly grease the papers.
    2. Empty the contents of the packet into a bowl. Add the oil and water and whisk until smooth.
    3. Pour into the cupcake papers and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before icing.
