Mindful Foods Organic Herbal Tea - Chillax Brew: Relax & unwind with this organic herbal tea. Whether you're relaxing from a taxing day, have a busy mind, or you're looking to improve the depth and quality of your sleep; unwind & recline to this calming cocktail of organic herbal relaxants. Floral notes of lavender & rose hint at the peaceful quality of this blend, but your system will settle even more so with the effects of chamomile, valerian, skullcap and lemon balm (all of which can also improve memory & learning). Ashwagandha is both soothing in the short term & stress-relieving in the long term (it helps to reduce cortisol). For best results, drink every day/night. 

Add 1 tsp per cup and steep 3–5 minutes in boiling water. Best enjoyed in the evening. Store in a cool dry, place.
