Mindful Foods Organic & Activated Korean BBQ Munchies are the perfect “Nom Nom” snack. Kombucha-activated almonds, cashews and crunchy lentils coated in home-made Korean bbq sauce. The gochugaru Korean chilli gives them a little heat!

They’re perfect to throw on stir fry, in a salad, or directly into your mouth. They also go ridiculously well with an ice-cold beverage on a warm summer day.

Activated foods are easier to digest, are more nutrient-rich (bio-available), and delectably crunchy.

Made in Australia from at least 40% Australian ingredients.

How to use

Enjoy as a snack, toss through stir-fries and salads, or serve alongside drinks. Store in a cool dry, place.
