ECO. Modern Essentials Meditation Essential Oil Blend is grounding and appeasing, allowing you to feel your thoughts dissolve as you let yourself be held by the earthy tones of this blend. Inspired by nature, this blend will instil a sense of calm and stillness in your mind.

Benefits:

  • Helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety
  • Promote relaxation and soothes the mind
  • Promotes sleep

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops to a dispersant such as oil, then add to the bath.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck before going to bed.

Cedrus atlantica (Cedarwood Oil),

Copaifera officinalis (Copaiba Oil),

Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang Oil),

Picea mariana (Spruce Oil),

Chrysopogon zizanoides (Vetiver Oil).

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?

Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Is this suitable for children?

This blend contains cedarwood and vetiver, which are not recommended for children due to its sedating nature, making it emotionally inappropriate. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).

Is this suitable to use around pets?

Not recommended for use around pets.
