Love Tea Kapha Loose Leaf Tea is an Ayurvedic herbal blend designed by a naturopath to support and balance the kapha dominant constitution.

People who are kapha dominant are typically peaceful, content, stable, grounded, loving, and calm. When out of balance, this dosha may present as unmotivated, sluggish, and lethargic. This blend includes herbs such as Siberian ginseng, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon, traditionally used to stimulate and support stamina and vitality.

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75-85°C and allow to infuse for 3-5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.

The clear pouch that holds this tea is made from renewable plant-based cellophane and can easily be home composted.

The cardboard is made from post-consumer recycled board, printed with vegetable-based inks, and can also be home composted after use.
