Flavour: Sweet oolong taste, like ice cream when cold brewed. 

Bring fresh, cold water to the boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength.
