    Wheatbags Love Lavender Eyepillow's have a variety of uses, some of these uses include easing headaches, helping sore eyes and supporting restful sleep.

    You can use these eyepillows cold, warm or room temp. 

    These eyepillows come in their own gift boxes making them ideal presents. 

    At room temperature: Lie down and place the eye pillow over your eyes. Ideal for sore eyes, headaches, migraines, and general relaxation.

    To cool: Place the eye pillow in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until cold. Use while lying down to help soothe sore eyes, headaches, or migraines.

    To warm: Heat the eye pillow in the microwave on high for 30–60 seconds. Use on any part of the body that needs gentle heat. Avoid placing anything too warm directly on the eyes, unless advised by an eye specialist (e.g. for dry eye treatment). A warm eye pillow can also help relieve sinus discomfort.
