    Wash thoroughly before and after use.

    Apply a small amount of toothpaste to brush on both sides, gently slide brush over teeth with a forward/backward motion.

    Periodically, sterilize in boiling water.

    Double sided: Cleans top and bottom, front and back at the same time.
