Product Description

ECO. Modern Essentials Happy Head Essential Oil Blend is an uplifting and soothing analgesic blend that has been developed to help relieve headaches, soothe neck tension and improve mental clarity. Diffuse to help alleviate headaches or mix with a carrier oil and apply to the back to the neck to reduce tension.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Compress: Add 2 drops to a bowl of water. For treating inflammation or to cool down, use cold to room temperature water. For aching tight muscles, use warm to hot water. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture, and apply the washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up.

Steam treatment: Add 2 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water. Place your face close to the bowl and cover the back of your head and bowl with a towel to trap the aromatic vapours. Keep eyes covered during treatment to avoid the risk of burns and scalding.

Mentha piperita (Peppermint Oil),

Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender Oil),

Boswellia serrata (Frankincense Oil),

Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus Oil).

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?

Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Is this suitable for children?

Not recommended for children. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).

Is this suitable to use around pets?

Not recommended for use around pets.

Can this oil be ingested?

Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or aromatherapist first.
