Sun-Kissed Essential Oil Blend:
Sunshine in a bottle. This citrus inspired blend is reminiscent of long summer days, freedom at heart and happiness on your mind. It brings freshness, light and joy in your home. A blend of grapefruit, bergamot and lime.

Anxiety Essential Oil Blend:
AUST L 315659 - Combining sweet orange, lavender, ylang ylang and frankincense essential oils, Anxiety Blend has been developed to reduce nervous tension and relieve symptoms of mild anxiety. The sweet and soothing aroma will help calm your mind, relax your body and increase vitality.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser. You can also blend two or more essential oils.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Anxiety Essential Oil Blend: Diffuse or dilute, then massage 2-4 drops as required.

Store below 25°C.

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?

Eucalyptus, juniper berry and rosemary essential oils are not recommended for use during pregnancy. Fennel essential oil is not recommended in the early stages of pregnancy, however it is safe to use in the last few weeks of pregnancy and during labour if desired. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Is this suitable for children?

In this collection, avoid using: Australian Shores Blend, Immune Support Blend and Detox Blend. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).

Is this suitable to use around pets?

Citrus, eucalyptus and ylang ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets.

Can this oil be ingested?

Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or aromatherapist first.
