An organic, fairtrade tea containing a floral blend of Chamomile, Spearmint and Ginger to help relax and soothe the mind and body. This tea is caffeine-free and there are 20 Tea Bags in a Box.

Steep tea in boiling water (100°c) for 3-5 minutes.

Store in a cool, dry place.
