CLIF Bar Chocolate Almond Fudge Energy Bar is a plant-based bar that combines a rich fudge with crunchy almonds. With a great mix of carbohydrates, protein, and fat, this bar will fuel your performance before or during activity.

Phosphorus contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

For best results, CLIF Bars should be eaten 1-3 hours before activity, along with water, to help prevent hunger and provide energy to working muscles.

During prolonged, lower-intensity activity such as hiking or bike touring, they can be eaten during exercise to help satisfy hunger and meet carbohydrate needs. CLIF Bars are also suitable after exercise, as a snack between meals or during a long, busy day to help supplement energy and nutrients as needed.
