Product Description

The Little Veggie Patch Co, Celeriac 'White Alabaster' Heirloom Seeds

Growing your own produce is made easy with The Little Veggie Patch Co's heirloom seeds. The Celeriac 'White Alabaster' Seeds produce a bulb with white flesh that can be eaten raw, steamed or roasted. The stem and leaves have a strong celery flavour. This vegetable grows well into cold weather as the cold helps covert the starches into sugars. There are approximately 160-180 seeds per packet. Vegan and cruelty free.

How to Plant

Use a free-draining soil well integrated with compost or good quality potting mix when growing in pots.Soak the seeds overnight prior to planting. Propagate in seed trays and then transplant when the seedlings are 2-3 weeks old. Celeriac is slow to germinate so don't grow despondent if you don't see growth even after two weeks.
