Botanika Blends PHGG Fibre supports your digestive foundation with Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (PHGG Fibre) in a convenient 150g powder form. This unflavoured soluble fibre may support gut health, digestive comfort and overall wellbeing. Easy to mix and gentle on the stomach, it integrates seamlessly into water or stacks effortlessly with your favourite Botanika Blends product.

Mix 1 scoop in 200 - 300ml of water or your favourite beverage. Close package immediately after use. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
