Amazing You Magnesium Joint Bath Flakes infused with MSM, bi-carb, and ginger supports your joints so you can move more comfortably.

Magnesium baths have traditionally been used in many ancient therapies around the world to:

  • Soothe muscle tension
  • Support restful sleep
  • Promote relaxation
  • Enhance circulation
  • Improve skin health

Pour 1/2 a cup of flakes into a regular-sized bath or 1 tablespoon into a foot soak.

For children, adapt the amount of flakes depending on their age and the amount of water being used (i.e. a baby bath should use approximately 1 tablespoon of flakes).

These flakes will dissolve immediately upon contact with water, so we recommend thoroughly resealing the container after use.

Magnesium Joint Bath Flakes are suitable for both cold and warm soaks up to 39°C. The general rule of thumb is if you’re sweating, the water is too hot and your body isn’t effectively absorbing magnesium.
