For Thousands of years this Incan superfood has been used both as a staple food source and for its medicinal properties enhancing fertility, endurance and hormonal balance.
Add 1 to 5 heaped teaspoons of maca to your favourite juice, smoothie or cereal 1 or 2 times a day.

affordable staple

Superstrong superfood
I like how this maca is raw as it retains all its nutrients.
Although compared with other brands, the loving earth maca has a strong , earthy taste but that tends to lighten the longer it sits in a smoothie for example which is my favourite way of getting this good stuff into me.
