Loving Earth's Buckinis Cereal are grain-free, gluten-free, crunchy caramelly bundles of goodness that doesn't go soggy in cold milk. Made of activated buckwheat, they're not in fact wheat or even a grain - they're a protein packed seed. Most cereals are puffed or toasted under extreme heat or pressure, which destroys their nutrients. Most of the ingredients in this cereal are activated so that it preserves the vital nutrients your body needs.

Store in a cool dry place.

In winter - add 1/2 cup Buckins to 3/4 cup of your favourite milk and gently heat on the stove top.
