rCup Reusable Coffee Cup made from Disposable Coffee Cups, with a Leak-Proof Pop Up Lid
rCup is a reusable coffee cup that is made from disposable coffee cups. Disposable coffee cups are choking our planet so rCup looks at changing this. The design team behind rCup decided to make use of the waste that ends in landfill but also create a really functional cup, hence the rCup was born. The team who designed the cup is led by former Dyson designer and inventor Dan Dicker.

Push open push close: rCUP® is open when the push button is in its down position and closed when raised. As a guide, when you can see the moulded line on the inside of the lid rCUP® is open.
Fill line: To avoid spillages when you put the lid on, ask your barista not to fill above the marked fill line.
It's Hot!: Hot liquid over 65°C can cause steam pressure to build-up inside a sealed cup. If the push button becomes stiff to operate due to pressure build up, loosen the lid first to relieve the pressure. DO NOT FORCE the push button as liquid could spurt out
Dishwasher safe (top shelf), easy to clean: rCUP® is only watertight if the seals and mechanism are kept clean. We suggest that you clean your cup after every use and can’t be held responsible for leaks if foreign objects become trapped in the seal or mechanism. DO NOT MICROWAVE!
If needed you can pop off the push button for better cleaning access.
Material: Recycled Coffee Cups (made with 6 recycled disposable coffee cups) and BPA Free Plastic.
BPA - Free lid.
Very well designedBy: Derek on 16 June 2019The cup is well made and easy to use. The 'recycled coffee cup' is not hugely relevant, as any suitable recycled material would do just as well. The inside of the cup is standard plastic. A larger size would be good, I find the 12oz (340ml) to be a "medium" and I tend to like to buy a large coffee. The seal is excellent and very easy to use. It doesn't drip or spill. Drinking from it is very easy and it's well insulated - keeping the coffee nicely hot for quite a while. I will probably buy more as gifts in time.
Love this cupBy: Audrey on 12 January 2019I really like this cup. It takes large quantity, rather light to carry and keep my hot drinks hot. Plus when it's closed you can put it in your bag and it won't leak
Awesome customer serviceBy: Lenore on 30 December 2018The product is great but the customer services is top notch! Right down to the cute little note written on the inside of my package! Highly recommend the cups and the company! ☺️
R Cup recycled insulated cupBy: Paula on 31 August 2018Love it! the only travel cup i've ever owned that doesn't leak, I use it all the time, could be a bit easier to clean but other than that its brilliant.
Coolest resuable cup in the officeBy: Cynthia on 18 August 2018I was very excited to get my rCup as I'm prone to knocking and spilling everything everywhere all over my desk all the time. Some pros and cons: PROs - leak-proof pop-up lid is great for people who knock their cups; internal screw thread offers additional peace of mind; cool design; will not shatter like my previous cup did; is ~eco~ CONs - size is misleading - unlike other brands, there's no obvious label indicating volume (I've accidentally paid for large coffees when I should be paying for medium); would argue that cup is not really insulated (very hot water will reduce to approx. room temp in about 30 minutes); cannot microwave (and I refuse to use a different vessel just to heat up my milk); with every hand wash, little hairy plastic bits seem to come astray from the outer surface (do I pull them off?); takes some time to become proficient in identifying whether lid is up or down (i.e. safe or unsafe). Overall, I purchased this cup for its lid, which does everything that it promises. Would not recommend if you're looking for something properly insulated. Highly recommend if you're looking for a unique, practical cup.
