Apply a pea-sized amount to your toothbrush and brush teeth and gums thoroughly for 2–3 minutes. Spit out and do not swallow. Use twice daily for best results.

The box is made from board with 80% recycled content, printed with vegetable ink, and can be recycled in curbside recycling.
The tube and lid can be recycled through TerraCycle.

This product contains baking soda which may cause irritation. Discontinue use if symptoms occur.
