ECO. Modern Essentials Dream Drops Essential Oil Blend is a restful blend of sedative florals designed to ease a restful night’s sleep. This blend combines lavender, geranium and ylang ylang, which will naturally help calm the nervous system and promote a relaxing atmosphere before sleep. Sweet dreams guaranteed.

Benefits:

  • May help lower heart rate and blood pressure
  • Promotes relaxation and calms the nerves
  • Encourages a restful and deep sleep

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Pillow: Add 1 drop to your pillow before going to bed.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops to a dispersant such as oil, then add to the bath.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck before going to bed.

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?

Use this oil with care. It is best used in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil (at a 1% ratio). Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.

Is this suitable for children?

Not recommended for use for children under 3 months. After 3 months, use small amounts in a diffuser or for a massage, use a 1% dilution ratio in a carrier oil.

Is this suitable to use around pets?

Not recommended for use around pets.
