A harmonising blend of cedarwood, lavender, geranium & ylang ylang essential oils to help calm and balance mind and body. Use with tealights, in a diffuser or with a carrier oil for massage.

Bath: Add 10-12 drops of essential oils ro a full bath before immersing yourself in the warm water.
