Add 3-5 drops of your favourite pure essential oil or blend to the required amount of water (no more than the max line indicated). Touch the ON/OFF button once for continuous mist, twice for intermittent mist. Touch the LIGHT button once to cycle through coloured lights, touch again to choose a single light. Hold down the ON/OFF button to turn the unit off.
PLEASE NOTE: Never immerse the unit in water or let water enter the air outlet. Keep dry when not in use.
Cleaning & Maintenance
After 3-4 days of use, follow the steps below to clean the diffuser:
- Before cleaning, switch the unit off and unplug it.
- Pour out any remaining water from the opposite side of the air outlet.
- Add warm water to the tank and mix with a few drops of mild detergent. Gently clean with a soft cloth.
- Use a cotton bud to gently clean the ultrasonic vibration plate.
- Pour out the cleaning solution.
- Rinse with clean water.
- To clean cover - clean using a soft, damp cloth.
The cardboard box can usually be recycled in kerbside recycling. Check with your local council if they will take it and what criteria they have for recycling it. Any soft plastic it may come with can be recycled with REDcycle. Calming
I really love this but I'm not sure it's worth 3 x the cheaper options out there. I've found that the 'motor' on it makes a bit of a wiring sound - personally, I'd like to hear the water trickle more. Does the job, I'm also going to look at painting it as the colour isn't my style. Love that it turns off by itself. Overall happy.Location

Relaxing and therapeutic

Quiet and effective!
It does as it says and makes a nice calming, quiet bubbling noise that adds to the mood it sets. The only thing I would recommend if you're getting this or any other diffuser, especially an ultrasonic one, is to use distilled water. I was shocked at the PM2.5 level it sent my air purifier up to and I'm unsure if it's just the water vapour that it's detecting or something in the water.
I've opted to not have it on too often, despite how nice it is, just to be on the safe side.Location
