Pelvi MEDIballs Secret - Pelvic Floor Training Balls, Double

This Kegel weight is clinically designed to strengthen and re-educate weak pelvic floor muscles that control bladder function. It has a comfortable design that is easy to insert and wear.

Simply holding MEDIballs inside the vaginal passage starts resistance training, no guesswork or tricky exercises required. After training with the single MEDIballs, you progress to the double MEDIballs. This progression differs for everyone, on average most move to the double MEDIballs after 2-3 months.

Wash your MEDIballs in warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly before and after use. Gently insert the MEDIballs into the vagina (like a tampon).

Lubricant may be used to ease insertion. The device should be positioned deeply and almost vertically, with the retrievable loop facing downwards.

Shelf life of 12 months. Advised that the single size is used for several months to progressively train muscles.
