    ECO. Modern Essentials Little Pick Me Up Essential Oil Blend is your go-to for mornings when kids can’t get out of bed or simply when they need a little extra pick-me-up throughout the day. This energising yet balancing essential oil blend combines citrus and herbal aromas to help refresh, enhance energy levels and balance mood. This blend is suitable for children aged 2 years and older.

    Blend:

    • Diffuser: Add 5 drops to the water chamber of your diffuser and diffuse for up to 30 minutes.
    • Topical use: Use a 1% dilution. Mix 1 drop with 5ml of carrier oil and massage into the skin.
    • Bath: Mix 2-3 drops with a carrier oil or castile soap before adding to the bath.

    Rollerball: Roll onto wrists, back of the neck, or collar to help enhance mood. Avoid contact with the face.

    Blend: Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange Oil), Citrus aurantifolia (Lime Oil), Citrus limon (Lemon Oil), Ocimum basilicum (Basil Oil), Mentha spicata (Spearmint Oil).

    Rollerball: Helianthus annuus oil (Sunflower Oil), Prunus dulcis oil (Sweet Almond Oil), Glycine max oil (Soybean Oil), Simmondsia chinensis seed oil (Jojoba Oil), Citrus sinensis oil (Sweet Orange Oil), Citrus aurantifolia (Lime Oil), Citrus limon (Lemon Oil), Ocimum basilicum (Basil Oil), Mentha spicata (Spearmint Oil), Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E), Rosmarinus officinalis extract (Rosemary Extract).

    May cause photosensitivity. Avoid sunlight after topical application.
