    The Celtic sea salt harvesting tradition started 900 years ago and has been passed down through generations. This precise process is still used today, where sea water is evaporated in clay basins with sun and wind, resulting in a whole salt containing balanced minerals from the ocean.

    • Coarse: These delicate, sun dried, moist crystals (medium sized) remain unwashed and completely natural with nothing added and nothing removed. Harvested manually without any mechanical manipulation
    • Fine: Manufactured under strict quality control to ensure that the naturally high mineral content of the coarse variety is not lost

    Use as a natural seasoning in cooking or at the table. The coarse variety is ideal for grinding or adding to soups and stocks, while the fine variety is ready to sprinkle onto meals.
