Lovehoney Health Silicone Kegel Training Set is designed to strengthen and tone your pelvic floor gradually. Ranging from 50g to 100g, they support progressive muscle engagement and may enhance orgasm intensity with regular use.

The set includes one single exerciser (50g) and two double exercisers (80g and 100g), each equipped with sturdy retrieval loops that remain outside the body for easy and safe removal.

This product is intended for adult use only. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 

Apply a small amount of lubricant to the exerciser for comfortable insertion. Beginners should start with the lightest weight. In a relaxed position, gently insert the exerciser, leaving the retrieval loop outside the body for easy removal.

Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles, to hold the exerciser in place, start with short sessions of 5 - 10 minutes, gradually increasing as your strength improves.
