Product Description

Love Tea Breastfeeding Loose Leaf Tea is a carefully selected blend of organic herbs to help support a healthy breast milk supply.

Fennel, fenugreek, and caraway seeds provide therapeutic benefits that have traditionally been used to promote lactation and ease digestion for both mother and baby. This gentle, caffeine-free blend offers subtle hints of lemon and fennel, softly balanced with the sweet tones of aniseed.

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75-85°C and allow to infuse for 3-5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.

The clear pouch that holds this tea is made from renewable plant-based cellophane and can easily be home composted.

The cardboard is made from post-consumer recycled board, printed with vegetable-based inks, and can also be home composted after use.

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum), Caraway Seeds (Carum Carvi).
