    Adults: Start with 3–4 sprays on the tops and soles of your feet daily for the first 4 weeks. Once adjusted, use 6–8 sprays on areas like the stomach, legs, or back. Gently massage in and allow to dry before dressing.

    Kids (12 months+): Start with 1–2 sprays on the feet for the first 4 weeks. Once adjusted, use 2–3 sprays on the stomach, legs, or back. Dilute with water if tingling occurs. Massage in gently and let dry.
