    Amazing Oils Magnesium Nightly Wellness Drink - Cacao & Chai is designed to assist you to unwind, destress and prepare for a restful deep sleep. Delicious chocolatey chai, naturally flavoured with cacao and whole ground spices, to compliment your nighttime ritual.

    Innovations in sleep science combined with traditional eastern remedies work to soothe the mind and relax the body. Magnesium works with amino acid L-tryptophan to restore your body's circadian rhythm, while passion flower, ashwagandha and jatamansi synergise to strengthen the immune system, relieve stress and induce a deep peaceful sleep.

    Blend 1 heaped teaspoon (6g) in 200ml of warm-hot water or your preferred choice of milk. Consume immediately.

    Enjoy 1-2 serves per day about an hour before bed.

    Store in a cool, dry environment. Always use a dry spoon and reseal after use. Consume within 90 days of opening.
