    ECO. Modern Essentials Little Sniffles Essential Oil Blend is a fresh and clearing blend that provides temporary congestion relief when the common cold or seasonal allergies strike. The clearing properties of fir needle and rosalina, combined with the antihistamine and anti-inflammatory properties of lavender and German chamomile make this blend a saviour during the change of season. This blend is suitable for children aged 2 years and older.

    Benefits:

    • Helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety
    • Promotes relaxation, sleep and soothes the mind
    • May help lower heart rate and blood pressure
    • May help relieve congestion
    • Anti-inflammatory and antiseptic
    • Helps clear the lungs for sinuses

    Blend:

    • Diffuser: Add 5 drops to the water chamber of your diffuser and diffuse for up to 30 minutes.
    • Topical use: Use a 1% dilution. Mix 1 drop with 5ml of carrier oil and massage into the skin.
    • Bath: Mix 2-3 drops with a carrier oil or castile soap before adding to the bath.

    Rollerball: Roll onto the wrists, chest and/or back of the neck to help clear congestion and ease headaches. Avoid face.

    Blend: Abies sibirica (Fir Needle Oil), Melaleuca ericifolia (Rosalina Oil), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender Oil), Matricaria chamomilla (German Chamomile Oil).

    Rollerball: Helianthus annuus oil (Sunflower Oil), Prunus dulcis oil (Sweet Almond Oil), Glycine max oil (Soya Bean Oil), Simmondsia chinensis oil (Jojoba Oil), Abies sibirica (Fir Needle Oil), Melaleuca ericifolia (Rosalina Oil), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender Oil), Matricaria chamomilla (German Chamomile Oil), Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E), Rosmarinus officinalis extract (Rosemary Extract).

    May cause photosensitivity. Avoid sunlight after topical application.
