    ECO. Modern Essentials Energy Essential Oil Blend is uplifting and refreshing with a combination of energy boosting essential oils. Increase vitality and beat the 3pm slump. With a combination of rosemary, lavender, juniper and black pepper oils, this blend is perfect to use throughout the day. Simply add a few drops to your diffuser or apply topically with the rollerball and feel your energy lift.

    Blend:

    • Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of the Energy blend to a diffuser.
    • Quick fix: Take a few deep inhalations from the bottle when at work, in the car, or anytime you need a quick boost.
    • Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy steam inhalation benefits.
    • Topical: Mix 1 drop with 5ml of carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest, or the back of the neck.

    Rollerball: Apply to wrists, temples or back of the neck.

    Helianthus annuus oil (Sunflower Oil), Lavandula x intermedia (Lavandin Oil), Prunus dulcis oil (Sweet Almond Oil), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender Oil), Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary Oil), Juniperus communis (Juniper Oil), Piper nigrum (Black Pepper Oil), Glycine max oil (Soya Bean Oil), Simmondsia chinensis oil (Jojoba Oil), Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E), Rosmarinus officinalis extract (Rosemary Extract).

    Avoid direct sunlight. Do not apply on broken skin. Seek medical advice for use during pregnancy and with medical conditions.

    Is this suitable for use during pregnancy? Not recommended for use during pregnancy.

    Is this suitable for children? This blend contains juniper, which is not recommended for children due to it being too stimulating to the kidneys and detoxification pathways. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies' skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming for their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops than you would for an adult (e.g. 2-3 drops).

    Is this suitable to use around pets? Not recommended for use around pets.

    Can this oil be ingested? Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or aromatherapist first.
