Absolute EssentialRosemary Cineol Essential Oil

• Mental alertness: Add 5–6 drops to a diffuser. Dab 1–2 drops onto pulse points. Repeat as required. Avoid using after 3 pm if you are a sensitive sleeper.
• Digestion support – fatty food: Add 10 drops to a diffuser before and during meals, especially if heavy.
• Muscle tonic and recovery: Add 5 drops to 1 teaspoon of body lotion. Add 10 drops to an afternoon bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
• Dandruff: Mix 3–5 drops into 1 teaspoon of argan oil carrier oil and apply to slightly damp hair and scalp. Gently massage into the affected area and leave on for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for an intensive treatment. Rinse and shampoo. Repeat 2–3 times a week until you notice an improvement.
