ECO. Modern Essentials Free Spirit Essential Oil Blend is a beautiful and exotic blend of sweet orange, ylang ylang, patchouli and lime. Inspiring individuality, confidence and freedom of mind to let your soul run free.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.

Bath: Add 2-3 drops to a dispersant such as oil, then add to the bath.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange Oil),

Myroxylon pereirae (Peru Balsam Oil),

Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang Oil),

Pogostemon cablin (Patchouli Oil),

Citrus aurantifolia (Lime Oil).

When applying citrus essential oils or blends that contain citrus topically, avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours as they may cause photosensitivity.
