• General skin healing: Apply 2-5 drops directly to the area.
• Scalds, blisters, cuts, and grazes: Apply 2-5 drops directly to the area or add to a warm wash of salty water and rinse.
• Nerve pain: Apply 2-5 drops directly to the area. Repeat hourly.
• Sleep and relaxation: Add 10 drops to your bath or diffuser, or rub on the soles of your feet before sleep. Repeat as required. Use half dose for children 5 years old and over. Use lavender sweet for children under 5 years old. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
• Shock: Add a few drops to pulse points.
• Bruising: Apply 1-2 drops directly to the area, prior to discolouration if possible. Repeat for 3 days. This oil can also be blended 50/50 with geranium as a first-aid preparation for all impact injuries and bruises.
• Sunburn: Apply 3-5 drops directly to the affected area. Repeat as required. Alternatively, Add 5-10 drops to a tepid bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
• Menstrual support - mid cycle: Blend 1-2 drops with 1-2 drops of cypress, 3 drops of lemon and 1 teaspoon of chamomile German: 3% in jojoba oil and massage it into the small of your back to support calm.
