Cleanse protocol:

Following specific dates is optional, and starting slightly earlier or later will still fit within a traditional routine.

During the 10-day cleanse, it is recommended to focus on whole, unprocessed foods, with plenty of greens, and to limit processed foods, sugar, starches, and alcohol. Some people include herbs and foods traditionally used to support digestive balance. Increasing water intake is also encouraged.
