    The exact amount of magnesium you need depends on factors like age, gender, and lifestyle. To maintain optimal levels, most people should apply 8-10 sprays each day.

    It is recommended to use 4-5 sprays on your upper body in the morning for energy, and 4-5 on your lower body in the evening to support relaxation. You can also apply it throughout the day as needed. There’s no need to wash it off, but be sure to rub it in well for best results.
