Absolute EssentialImmune Care Essential Oil Blend

Ill health – coughs, colds, shingles, and low energy:

• Add 10 drops to ¼ teaspoon of body cream and rub into the chest.
• Add 3–5 drops to hot water and breathe in the steam deeply.
• Rub 5 drops onto the soles of the feet before sleep. Repeat every night for a minimum of 10 days.
• Add 10 drops to a diffuser. Replenish as required.

Immune protection:

• Add 10 drops to a diffuser. Replenish as required.
• Add 10 drops to ½ cup of any milk and add to a hot bath once a week. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
